2nd stage Laman Ampaian

A month has passed. Laman Ampaian getting more customers everyday. Volume keep increase everyday. We still need time to grow better and stabilize our financial and collections. A bit hard to say something now. Our prediction, it may take 6 to 12 months to collect at par. Any how, Alhamdulilah for all the "rezeki" given by Allah.

Great to have your own shop. Pleasure to wash people clothes though some people say to me that clean people's dirt is a disgusting job to do. But I don't care. Even today, I have faced to wash people's underware... If you got time to spare and clean and test the soap you bought it will be very great. Why? Because you can see how good the soap you've bought.
Long que... This the day when we received a lot of clothes from our customer. I cannot imagine how to clear this job in 2 days...

Comforter also is one of the things that we always get from our customer. We have experience 15 comforters a day to be delivered at the same date. How to manage?

This is me. Not to promote. Just to show you who is the owner. Not just as an IT consultant, now a laundry shop owner. Nothing to say about me... but a notty bold man

One of my interest is to decorate the wall. The mirror i bought somewhere in 2007 is now became one of the decoration at my shop. Nice ha? A dream that came through.

Still pray that my dream, my mission will come through. Hey anybody have contract to offer? hahaha. We still waiting for SMIDEC to help us soon. We need the grant to help us surviving in 6 to 12 months to come. Hopefully, what the government mentioned in the news always true.

Contact us

The business has just started. It has been a month since we start opening. As we keep waiting for months for the grant money offered by government (SMIDEC) to arrive, we have managed to take challenge to keep surviving and become proactive. We still hope that the help from the government can arrive soon as our reserved fund can no longer sustained. Kind a headache though without that help. Its like "Kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang" huhuhu.
The customer always rushing for the cheapest one in the market. However we are not that kind of challenger who like to play with prices because we always care about our quality. Then, this is where the key words came out for our laundry shop objective. TLC which is Tender, Love and Care. We always mentioned to our customer that we put tender, love and care to your garments.This is the working area where previously its empty and now its full with our customer's clothes.
This is where we put our customers items after cleaning. Still not much but its slowly grow.
Hm... what can i say about this? Within 3 weeks, its full with clothes... All dry clean.
This is the counter for where the receipt and cash transaction is made. Thats my brother in law who has supported us for 1 week to manage the front counter. Without him, we might get lost... no one want to take care ma...

Our Final Touch

After all the hustle we faced during the renovation process, we are now ready to accept the customer. Luckily we are invited to this community. They are all very supportive during the start of our business. This is how its look like before we received our machine. If I were to tell you about the hustle of waiting for the machine supplier to deliver, and you may think twice to open your own. Hey, there's no pain no gain though.
We cannot imagine can we full filled this area later on. Big huh?
This is the office that I have been telling you before during the renovation period. Which I have asked the contractor to hold on. Hm... one lamp is not working and this contractor did not do anything about it. He promised me to do it though...
So, this is how its look like at our front desk. What do you think? Nice? We spend RM10k for this things to be happen.
What I can say it is fun when you have the fund to run the project. However, the fun will vanish when you assign the wrong person for the job. S**t contractor is always say "I can do it".

Setelah bermula segala kerja-kerja ubah suai, hati kami berdua berasa sedikit lega kerana telah ada progress dalam perancangan kami. Namun, ada juga terdetik rasa sangsi dan ragu terhadap kontraktor kami...Sedikit demi sedikit kerja pemasangan siling dibuat. Sepatutnya mereka cuma perlu buat bahagian hadapan sahaja. Tetapi atas kedegilan kontraktor kami (Tak dengar arahan) mereka buat sekali dengan bilik pejabat kami. A bit up set tetapi apa nak buat... memang takde lain kali untuk kontraktor ini...
Kerja ini sepatutnya siap dalam masa seminggu telah mengambil masa lebih dua minggu untuk disiapkan. Yang agak mengecewakan, kontraktor ini takut kami berdua tak bayar kerja-kerja mereka. Walhal, sehingga hari ini setelah bayaran dibuat, kerja yang sepatutnya tidak dibuat juga. Amat kecewa dengan sikap sesetengah kontraktor yang tak bertanggungjawab.
Ini sewaktu memeriksa kerja kontraktor yang baru sahaja siap membuat dinding ini setelah dua minggu masuk site.
Habisss meja yang baru kami beli. Pengajaran utama jangan beli apa-apa perabot sebelum buat ubah suai. Jahanam harta benda. Kontraktor sentiasa tak bertanggungjawab. Atas alasan kerja mereka buat ubah suai bukan angkat meja.
Ini lah keadaan di luar kedai kami. Percaya atau tidak, berbuih suruh kontraktor tolong bersihkan pelekat-pelekat depan pintu kedai... sampai hari ini tak buat pon...

Permulaan Laman Ampaian

LAMAN AMPAIAN bermula dengan perancangan pengubahsuaian dalaman yang telah di pilih oleh En Hafez dan Puan Zuraihan. Setelah seminggu berfikir akan pelan lantai dan konsep kedai dobi, maka bermula proses pengubahsuaian tersebut.
Ini adalah antara kerja-kerja asal pengubahsuaian kedai dobi Laman Ampaian. Banyak perkara yang diambil kira sebelum kerja-kerja ini buat. Walaupun begitu, ada juga kerja-kerja kontraktor yang dilantik tidak memuaskan hati kami.
Beginilah keadaan kedai dobi kami sebelum kerja-kerja ubah suai dimulakan. Pada mulanya perasaan gementar dan takut sentiasa bermain di fikiran kami. Al maklumlah kerja-kerja belum siap tetapi wang telah pun mula keluar.
Seterusnya anda akan menyaksikan hasil setelah siap kerja-kerja ubah suai...




Sejarah bermula

Kedai dobi Laman Ampaian telah ditubuhkan pada 2hb Mac 2009 oleh En Wan Saiful Hafez bin Amran dan Puan Zuraihan Abu Bakar. Perasmian kedai dobi kami telah disempurnakan oleh kedua ayahanda dan bonda En Hafez dan Puan Zuraihan pada Malam 29hb February 2009.

Kedai dobi Laman Ampaian merupakan hasil cita-cita kedua pemilik kedai ini yang telah lama merancang untuk membuka sebuah kedai dobi sejak dari mula penglibatan En Hafez di dalam bidang perniagaan. Pelbagai perancangan dan usaha telah dibuat sebelum lahirnya kedai dobi Laman Ampaian ini. Pemilihan nama kedai ini telah dibuat kerana memikirkan ciri-ciri yang berkaitan dengan kedai dobi. Pada mulanya nama kedai ini adalah Clips Laundry.my. Namun nama tersebut tidak dibenarkan oleh majlis perbandaran dan terus nama Laman Ampaian diguna pakai.

Tema warna kedai juga telah dipilih bersama iaitu warna purple bersempena warna tema syarikat PROFEZ HOLDINGS SDN BHD iaitu ibu syarikat yang mempunyai pegangan saham dalam Laman Ampaian. Di dalam blog ini kami akan menampilkan gambaran kerja-kerja dobi bagi tatapan semua. Sesungguhnya kami amat berbangga atas lawatan pengunjung ke blog Laman Ampaian ini. Insyallah jika diizinkan, kami mengembangkan perniagaan kami dengan membuka cawangan-cawangan di tempat-tempat lain. AMIN...
